We work alongside our preferred architects and designers to turn your vision into construction-ready drawings. Or we'll build from plans you've already commissioned. Whichever way you start, we make sure the design is buildable, accurate, and aligned with your budget before a shovel hits the ground.
Line-By-Line Pricing
Every aspect of your project is designed and priced in detail. Finishes, fixtures, framing, every trade. We don't quote on square footage and figure it out later. We quote on the actual project, so you know what you're spending and why.
Daily Project Communication
Our project management software keeps you informed every day of the build. Photos, progress notes, schedule updates, and decision points, all in one place, accessible from anywhere in the world.
Hands-On Site Supervision
Our whole team fits in one vehicle. That's a deliberate choice, not a marketing line. It means Devin and his crew are personally on your site, not managing your build from a head office across town.
Warranty That Stays With You
Two years bumper-to-bumper through our in-house guarantee, plus Progressive Home Warranty's full 2-5-10 coverage: 1 year labour and materials, 2 years materials, 5 years building envelope, 10 years structural. We stay involved long after handover.
