We are selective about which renovation projects we take on. The same standards that make us a good fit for a custom build don't translate to small jobs. Our renovation work tends to fall into a few clear categories:
Structural Additions
Single-storey additions, garage additions, and ground floor expansions that change the footprint of the home. Engineered, permitted, and built to integrate cleanly with the original structure.
Second Storey Additions
Adding a level to an existing home. Significant structural and design coordination, with attention to how the new storey reads from the street and how it lives from the inside.
Whole-Home Renovations
Top-to-bottom interior overhauls. New layouts, new finishes, new mechanical and electrical systems. The shell stays, everything inside it changes.
Major Interior Renovations
Kitchen, primary suite, basement build-outs, and main floor reconfigurations at a scope that requires real project management, not a contractor with a truck.
