Devin Buskas
meet
Devin's career started on commercial sites in high school, moved through framing crews and independent contracting, and grew into nearly a decade of running custom home projects for one of Edmonton's leading luxury builders. In 2022, he took that experience and the systems behind it and founded JAQ Custom Projects.
Today, JAQ is a tight-knit team that fits in a single car. That's intentional. It means Devin is personally involved in every project, every detail, every promise made.

We stay with you long after the keys change hands. Every JAQ home includes Progressive's full 2-5-10 new home warranty: 1 year on labour and materials, 2 years on materials, 5 years on the building envelope, and 10 years structural, plus our own 2-year roof-to-floor coverage in-house. Up to a decade of protection, all backed by the team that built it.
